Video playback is tinted

I 've just install a geforce to replace my ATI and now i'm having problems with picture quaulity. I installed the driver for my new one already. The video qulity of my videos such as movies or watching tv on my computer seems like there is a black sheet over all of my videos. you can still see the video, but u can't see it clearly as normal. I've tried changing the contrast and brightness of it, but it doesn't seem to be the issue. I don't know what's worng, Please hlep
