Dell Dimension 8300 power supply issue

[poppertheplaya]

Hi im upgrading my video card to this one>

Its an Nividia 6800 ultra and after searching ive found that you have to have a 480 watt power supply to run it and after busting open my case and checking out the power supply that came with it it was only a 305 watt psu.

so here is my question i know ill have to do some surgery on the outside of my case and have no problem of doing that but will this psu fit in it >

thanks hopefully you can help me....
