Laptop Hard drive

Postby skeletor » Thu Jul 14, 2005 7:21 am

I was trying to format a laptop hard drive , while loading xp and when i do a regular format to NTFS it sticks at 20% but if I do a quick format it will format and let me load xp. I am thinking that there is bad sectors but I ran check disk and it found nothing. What could be the problem?

Thanks
skel
