Hey, thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it :D.

Okay, so I downloaded Memtest86 and a windows memory diagnostic program and both showed no errors with RAM, Powermax also showed no errors also.

I happened to stumble upon a site with the newest VIA 4 in 1 drivers and I thought I might as well try it, well, I've restarted my comp 3 times now and it hasnt frozen :D :D :D. I seriously hope it's fixed now, thanks for the help!
