I have a BenQ as well and it dose the same thing but it takes more than 20Min for standby and im pretty sure its the monitorand i dont think there is any way around it besides moveing the mouse around enery now and then .Every now and then when you view a websight or something will your monitor try to refocus and make the lettering blurry?

Was this meant to carry on from my "unwanted standby" thread?

I do find that when the screen comes out of standby the picture doesnt look quite right. I don't really notice any blurriness but everythings a bit darker. Just needs to warm up I guess.
