I Love Dell products : but I must say The Aftermath or After BUY service is totally UNRELIABLE -
the service team [ DELL ] residing in ASIA is pure unprofessional.
P/S : my notebook still unrepair after months of emails after emails after call after calls.

I go to deal forum sites every day. You may have to join them before you can see the deals
click the HotDeals link on the left hand site of the page
- the Internet And Retail deals has the best stuff
beware that you'll probably wind up buying stuff you don't need if you stick around those sites for too long

I use a Dell at work and at home. So far no problem. Of course I have not popped the cover and done any work under the hood either.
