Creating a bluetooth network between two computers

I need to know how to set up a bluetooth network between two computers. Is it just a matter of the two computers seeing each other over bluetooth and then setting up a regular network? All of the things that I have looked at seem to be for 3 or more computers and having 1 computer act as a server of some kind. I just need to share a DSL connection between two computers, and have also been thinking about getting a bluetooth mouse for presentations, so it would be convienent...
