Web cam help

Postby MadDog9292 » Sun Feb 25, 2007 9:52 pm

Hi everyone...I just wanted to ask a quick question...I hope this the right forum/section to ask in...I recently got a phillips web cam, I have an average home computer, with lots of ram and an ok graphics card.. a pretty nice one actually....anyway, My web cam brags 30 fps...And it seems that When the lighting isn't right, it starts lagging a lot...but one day it was perfect, no lag at all....made a perfect home video. But now everything is laggy on the video...Any tips or anything i could use to make it super fast again?...Because I play guitar and it has to be fast :D

Thanks in advance

If you aren't pushing out to the internet, it shouldn't be laggy. My guess is you are using the default software that came with it to make the movie.

I would try either updating the software or other software.
