Celeron D 3.2 GHz vs Pentium 4 HT 630 3.0 GHz

I need to know and couldn't find how, what's better:
Celeron(R) D CPU 3.20 GHz 3.19GHz
vs
Pentium 4 HT 630 3.0 GHz
I have a Gateway computer, and had Pentium 4, i sent it to suport, and they returned it back with Celeron D.
What do you think???
