motherboard reccomendation

My system setup is:
P4 1600a (Northwood I think)
2x 7200 HDD
win 2k
all other usuals (usb 2, 5.1 sound etc)
i've just bought a radeon 9200 hercules and it's incompatible with my asus p4s333. can anyone recommend a decent motherboard that isn't gonna break the bank?
