PC BOOT PROBLEM....

1 long beep
3 short beeps
Hit reset
Both roms load...
boots to windows loading screen
Green line at top of screen ||||||||||||||||||||
screen freezes
reset
booted all the way to my desktop both roms loaded....then froze.
Shut dow...pulled DVD out again...booted...here I am.
What do you think?
