Is the PC booting - can you hear the beeps, and the floppy kick in?
If not, sounds like the same problem I had - motherboard kaputt.

What make is your mobo?

Thats really a confusing one, if its working with a different video card it not the mobo at all. I need to know hardware specs though, what video card is no longer working in your machine and what video card is. My first thought is the power connection going to a pci-e card and something happening there but we need more details on what your using.
