winrar problem

dunno if anyone will understand this but. i got these winrar files, they was all .001 - .005 or so. i tried openening them with winrar now it says its corrupt but they are winrar parts of a file so i dunno how to make it go back to how it was before. because i went "open with winrar" and ticked all the time by mistake is there anyway to get the file how it was before or is it no reversable ? . i also changed the name of .001 to .rar and dunno how to change that back either please help anyone ?

I think you'll need to change the .rar back to .001.. there should have been an original .rar to begin with though. If the .rar has disappeared try going to Tools - Folder Options - view tab - unclick the "hide extensions for known file types" option.

thankss but found out after all that its corrupted wont even copy out oh well thanks anyways mate
