Desperate help needed!

lately, the odd time I open interet explorer, my firewall pops up and says iic1.exe wants to access the internet. It seems to be stored in my temp folder, anyway, i said no and now the program is changing it's name to things like iic11.exe, iicD.exe, iic6.exe iic14.exe etc.

I delete it and it comes back, and even if I tell me firewall to remember it keeps asking cause it's always removing itself and coming back as other names... Please can someone tell me what this is and should I be worried. I scanned my system with the latest updates and it found nothing. Please help me out here.

This could be a type of spyware. I would suggest that you download and run make sure you “Search for updates” first and then “Check for problems”.
