label software needed

We all know there is cd label software out there but does anyone know of any that is for labels on cassette tapes. I have a buddy who does books on tape for the visually impaired. He had a program at one time but it no longer exists. Any ideas?

If you have Microsoft word they have most label templates (especially avery) already. If you want more info let me know and I'll expand further.
