Audio Tracks In AVI Files

Hi all , does anyone know of a program or method to remove 1 of 2 audio tracks out of an avi file ? Ive used VLC Media Player so far to watch the file on my PC but now i wish to remove one audio file so i can transfer it to DVD and watch it on a DVD player, therfore i dont have to keep messing around with the program and changing audio tracks on my pc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Jay, im a bit confused mate.
An avi is just 1 single file, 1 lot of video running and 1 lot of audio running.
There are lots of programs for removing/saving the audio but you wont be able to just be ableto just like remove certain bits, unless the program has that option.

I know im confused too thats why im here ... its an avi with dual audio .. spanish first and english second so i cant burn it to a convert and burn because spanish is first .... ive tried buring and changing it with the audio menu options on the dvd player but no luck . Any ideas ?

Ok i understand a bit better now.
Try this for me and please let me knw if it works, i like to know.

Download 'virtualdubmod' and make selection for video "direct stream copy". You can disable unwanted audio in Stream/Stream_list by clicking "disable" button for unwanted one. Then you can save that with another name.

This should be what your after my friend.
