virus? bestsafetyguide.com

My problem is exactly the same as the one posted by Blossom on 5/15: I can't get my homepage, which is MSN.com - I keep getting bestsafetyguide.com instead. I downloaded Spybot and the current updates, removed all the threats, but problem remains. When I try to change the internet options, I get the message that Norton is blocking my attempt to change my homepage. I instruct Norton to allow the change, but it doesn't work. Is this some sort of virus? What should I do?

Please download , unzip it to it's own folder.
Start HijackThis and select 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
Now post the contents of the logfile back into this thread
