mock photoChop?

[bsxiong]

hi all,

for images, i just want to be able to just crop or resize the image down to a certain size. then save as gif of jpeg.

Are there any free programs out there that will just let me do just about this? I don't need fancy softwares like photosho becuase i just want a very small size software to do simple things like this.

Any help will be great!

Irfanview is the way to go. Best of all it's free.
