quickscan error

Im not sure if any one can help me with this one but thought that I'd give it a shot as I'm currently waiting on tech support to e-mail me back.

We use a program put out by pixel translations called quickscan it has been working fine for awhile but now all of a sudden our user is getting an error 4851 in DoScan Batch error message I've checked the error logs deleted a setscan.ini file at the request of tech support and reinstalled the program all of which did not work. These error messages come up only acouple times a day while scanning duplex or single sided documents. Any help would be appreciated.
