Outlook - Calander

we have an user that has a group setup on outlook 2003 to see multiple shared calendars that they have been given permission to view. One of these calendars though do not show up in the group (says that there is no data available.) There is information in this calendar and she can view it independently from the rest. She has been given full access to the calendar on the guys outlook and it is marked as visible. He is using outlook 2003 on the same server as well. What am I missing? all of the sights Ive come across just say to give permissions to be seen which she has.

Is the odd one in the same Work Group as the rest?

They are in the same domain yes.

According to one of our techs it was a bug due to how exchange was upgraded.
