Whats the best DVD ripper in the market

Whats the best dvd to divx conversion app available? I tried using Xilisoft DVD Ripper Ultimate
and Slysoft CloneDVD Mobile but the quality still just doesnt seem to be on par with what I want.

Any suggestions?
