Uninstall it in Add/Remove Programs. Then:
Download / Install / Update / and Run .
Then:
Download and run:
If you're still having problems:
Download and install . Now Run it and post a copy of the Log File here.

If you just did it, run system restore and take it back to before you installed it. programs--->accessories-->system tools--->system restore.
and if your in windows 98
boot to a dos prompt and type scanreg /restore and pick a date your sure of.
