Outlook Express 6 Read Receipt problem HELP!!!!!!

Have you looked in your Outbox? If there's anything in there delete/remove them. Try sending again. If you still can't send do a search for outbox.dbx. When found delete it. (Make sure OE6 is closed first.) Now reboot and try sending again.

go into add/remove programs. hilite Internet Explorer SP1 click on remove then when the options show up click repair. If all else fails remove you e-mail address from outlook and re-install it

better yet go into add remove programs go into Windows Setup. take the check mark out of communications, restart your pc go back to add remove programs and put the check mark back in. This has worked for me in the past. Daniel
