Did you get it partitioned and formatted then?
If so, boot with the floppy again, select "With CDROM support, insert your Windows CD, and type D: \setup.exe With "D" being your CD's drive letter.

Hi; Windows XP and Server 2003 is not a DOS base operating system. Go to www.bootdisk.com and download "StartUp Disk for XP or Server . Copy this download to any place on your hard drive (To DeskTop is fine); get 6 formatted floppy disks and extract files to them. What I like to do is, use 98 Startup Disk to "F-Disk" and Format "C" drive (I know it's redundant). Then use the above XP Bootdisks to install. After the operating system is installed, you can use "Manage" (right mouse click) My Computer to format the other Hard Drives to either NTSF or FAT 32 (I prefer NTSF on all Hard Drives). Hope this helps.
