Outlook 2007 reminders

we have a couple of users that their reminders suddenly stop working. The properties are setup correctly, i've done the outlook /resetrules (as well as some other switches) but that doesn't appear to fix it. One person is getting impatient and I can't seem to find any correction for this problem anywhere online.

Are there any thoughts? I've deleted thier profiles (both outlook and pc) reinstalled outlook. I can't seem to find a fix for this.

Are the PCs in an active directory domain?

yes they both are in Active Directory Domains, and they both connect to Exchange Server.
