Zoom Browser EX problem

I just downloaded a whole Lexar 40x 512 card on to my computer using a Lexar firwire reader. No problems. Then I put my Sandisk simpletech 512 card in the reader and pushed Browse and Download images. A small window comes up like usual and says please wait a moment, but then instead of taking me to the filmstrip of my card it say no camera found. I have a card reader built into my computer so I tried to put in that just to see if it would even read the card. No Luck, same message. So I thought it might be the card, i inserted the Lexar 512 card i had just downloaded and I got the same message. Anyone know how I can Fix it?? AHHHHH!!!!

did you try re-booting? Does the card still work in your digital camera, are the pictures still on it?
