Hi...I normally run SpyBot in Default Mode but there is an Advanced Mode which enables us to do a few more things.

In Default Mode SpyBot checks and runs:
View Report
Secure Shredder
Resident
IE Tweaks
System Internals
System Startup
Uninstall Info
Winsock LSPs

In Advanced Mode under TOOLS you can add:
Bug Report
ActiveX
BHOs
Browser Pages
Host File
OPT OUT
Process List
