hey!

can you add captions in moviemaker? how? please help me... thanks...

No you can't.
But you can use third party software like MyDVD or NeroVision to add captions and titles then burn it to DVD.

another question... can i add captions using Adobe Premiere? i don't have one yet, i ask so i now if im gonna look for one... thanks...
