Morheus Setup doesnt work

Goto Add/Remove Programs...REMOVE the older version.
Once the old version has been un-installed,download the newer version.
Let us know how it went.

it still does the same.

it skips the download and says installers script, success!

then goes to
creating socket

after that it just shuts down the program

if you burn the update to a cd and then run it from the cd it can choke like that. If thats the case, copy the file to the hard drive, rt click on it and remove the read only check. And then run it

The other thing that worries me, the Morpheus program is old, and if you downloaded the update file from kazaa, you've probably got a virus or key logger running. The statement "installers script, success!" has a rather unsettling ring to it.

A couple of weeks ago emule offered a download that did the same thing.--I waited a week and downloaded it again and it worked aok--they might have an error in the file--there might not be anything wrong with what you are doing. give them an email if you can

maby try a differnt type of file sharing, kazaa lite or kazaa gold are good choices. but with your problem id do what icecube said and maby wait a while if you really like morph.

hmm... well i waited like almost a month? and it didnt work... any other suggestions to make it work? i have limewire, but i like morpheus better:)... well when it worked. lol
