You keep clicking those pop-ups you'll be posting a HJT logfile for us

How do you know its still on your computer? Have you done a search for it in Find Files and Folders? Did you "save it" or "run from"?

Close all internet explorer windows, now navigate to
Windows\Downloaded Program Files, look for the active X component you want to remove
Right click on the file you want to remove and select delete.
You will have to reboot your system to completely remove the active X component.
