IE 6 Keeps on crashing!

Internet Explorer 6 keeps on giving me that "It has a crucial error and IE must close,..Would you like to send this info "screen. Some sites that i visit that closes are NBA.com, but it closes for everything so frequently. What must be the problem? How can i fix it.? I have windows xp sp1, My system is fully updated from windows update.

From the Control Panel click "Add or Remove Programs"
Now scroll down to and click "Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 SP1"
Click the Change/Remove button.
In the pop-up window check the Repair Internet Explorer option click OK.
