and another problemo i have is i think a codec problem for my vidoes i watch but this all could pretty much be the same problem but who knows but i get this glitches like when im watching something like this
they always pop up tho once and awhile they don't pop up at all but when they do its more consistent in the video and annoying please help

Welcome SporkNinja.
From what I see in the photoshop image it looks like video display corruption.
It can be caused by a monitor or video card going bad or corrupted video drivers.
Some system specs will help us resolve this for you:
Video adapter make and model
Monitor make and model
Motherbaord make and model
Operating system (winXP)
Amount of system RAM
If you don’t know what one of the above is then please download
It should tell you everything you need to know to answer the above system specs.

Nvidia has new drivers out Version: 77.72 Release Date: June 22, 2005
You can download them from
That’s what I would try first update you video card drivers.
You could also download the drivers for your monitor from

Another thing you might check. With the computer off, open the side and check to see if the video card is completely seated in the slot. If you move the machine around, the card will tend to rise up out of the slot
A good program for getting info on your motherboard is Belarc Advisor
here is the link, its free.
It will give you your bios flash version, motherboard name and type, configuration of the cpu, list of windows updates installed and whether or not if they installed correctly.
Also if you do the Nvidia update, you'll get a nag to update your video drivers when you go to the Windows update site. Don't do that one, Windows signed drivers take preference over the unsigned ones, updating here moves you back one step.
Hopefully its not bad video memory--thats what usually causes this problem. Replacement is the only cure for that
