Hi chuparon,
Everything looks ok but im not sure what this is

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [third program help comp] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\win bone third program\BoltAudio.exe

I've never heard of it and i get nothing on a search. win bone third program, is a very odd name for a folder and application data is kind of an odd place. Let me know if your aware of what that is.

liljim,

I did some searching for this and if you search for BoltAudio you find this page:
http://newnet.qsrch.com/dpark?s=boltaudio.com&prt=nn01
New.net. Quick Search is known spyware/search hijacker and pop-up generator just read their Privacy Policy

I also think that:
O8 - Extra context menu item: &AOL Toolbar search - res://C:\Program Files\AOL Toolbar\toolbar.dll/SEARCH.HTML

Should be removed because the AOL search bar also is spyware and generates pop-ups.

Ah, indeed it is. I couldnt find anything, thanks Gecko.

Ok chuparon, here we go.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it.
Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below.
If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)

BoltAudio.exe

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and
check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [third program help comp] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\win bone third program\BoltAudio.exe

O8 - Extra context menu item: &AOL Toolbar search - res://C:\Program Files\AOL Toolbar\toolbar.dll/SEARCH.HTML

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:

AOL Toolbar

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that
"Show hidden files and folders" is enabled.
Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\win bone third program\BoltAudio.exe

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin",
reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.
