My dvd/cd drive doesn't open - even though the power light is on
can you help please.
I have recently upgraded the memory & since then I havn't been able to open the drive,also,Norton Antivirus is due for renewal soon.
Could these be factors & would there be a virus out there that can disable the drive. If so,what is the name of the said virus - so that I can get rid of it,
