:( i have a reoccuring problem of what i think is somthing running in the background of my pc it slows down the pc from time to time , i have been checking what is operating by the ctrl alt & del method but i dont understand what they are and if i need them to be running! so can anyone explain what the following are and do they need to be running!

cmmon32
sllights
sysdoc32
loadqm
cpunumber
navapw32
dpps2
stimon
systray
mdm
rnaapp

any help would be much appreciated!!!! :wink:

I won't look each one up for you, but here's a page that lists most known programs that run in the background. If you follow the links at the top of the page, it will explain how to stop them from running
