A voltage increase will help, what is it at now?

Temps and cooling will be a bigger issue if you do raise the voltage, your going to need plenty of case fans and you dont want your tower in an enclosed area.I strongly reccomend a program called .It keeps your temps in your task bar and allows you to set alarms for different temps. It will also give you voltage readings and a few other bells and whistles.Im not sure how the barton core chips perform under different temps but i can tell you with a palomino core you start losing stability around 60c.

Voltages
----------
vdd : 1.616

if i increase the cpu voltage a bit will i need to increase the ram or any others with it?

I'm not aware that you can alter the DIMM voltage?
