First:
(Create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

btvclean.exe
btv.exe
Zstb.exe
Tvm.exe
breg.exe
ARUpdate.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {707E6F76-9FFB-4920-A976-EA101271BC25} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BDF6CE3D-F5C5-4462-9814-3C8EAC330CA8} - C:\WINDOWS\AdRoar.dll
O3 - Toolbar: zSearch Bar - {5886A6DC-AAF4-45E9-979A-8E5E6DEE30E7} - C:\Program Files\zSearch\zSearch.dll
O3 - Toolbar: Band Class - {BDF6CE3D-F5C5-4462-9814-3C8EAC330CA8} - C:\WINDOWS\AdRoar.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [zSearch] C:\Program Files\zSearch\Zstb.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AdRoarUpdate] C:\WINDOWS\ARUpdate.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Breg] "c:\Program Files\Common Files\Java\breg.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [zSearch] C:\Program Files\zSearch\Zstb.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BTV] C:\Program Files\BTV\btv.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [BtvC] "c:\Program Files\BTV\btvclean.exe"
O8 - Extra context menu item: Web Rebates - file://C:\Program Files\websearch\System\Temp\topr1150_script0.htm

Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs and remove the following if they are there:

zSearch
TV Media
Java
BTV
websearch

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)

c:\Program Files\BTV
C:\Program Files\zSearch
c:\Program Files\Common Files\Java
C:\WINDOWS\ARUpdate.exe
C:\Program Files\zSearch
C:\WINDOWS\AdRoar.dll
Now, empty your TEMP Folder / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.

The following is for your info and could be where you're getting infected. I'd uninstall all if it were me.
See this:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AltnetPointsManager] c:\program files\altnet\points manager\points manager.exe -s

Please follow these Instructions exactly.

(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)

First, turn off System Restore.
Then you need to remove "Twain-Tec" in Add/Remove Programs. Twiantec.dll is a transponder. HijackThis will detect it as a BHO but it must not be removed using HijackThis. This is because of the remaining registry entries and files which can be dangerous. Instead the following method of removal is preferable and complete:
Reboot the computer to Safe Mode and delete twaintech.dll and twaintec.ini If twaintech.dll is in use, then you would need to rename it, reboot the computer, and then delete it.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

ujetzx.exe
Tvm.exe
Zstb.exe
bargains.exe
optimize.exe
msbb.exe
paf.exe
Loader.exe
Belt.exe
DHUpdt.exe
dhbrwsr.exe
msgked.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

Well I tried to follow you instructions exactly....had trouble with deleting my temp folder....it wouldnt let me, even in safe mode. I did what I could and deleted everything out of there I could though. Here is my latest logfile, seems to be ok for the moment, I still need to figure out how to follow your instructions to remove norton corporate (I dont know how to edit registry and whatnot, so I dont want to mess with it yet).

Why are you trying to delete Norton Corporate?

You're getting closer.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

Tvm.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {707E6F76-9FFB-4920-A976-EA101271BC25} - C:\Program Files\TV Media\TvmBho.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe

Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs and remove the following if they are there:

TV Media

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)

Now, empty your TEMP Folder / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.

Looks alot better than it did, I wish I could figure out how it got so infected so quickly after my last cleanup.

Trying to get rid of corportate because its not updating. I grabbed a copy from my MIS dept. at work since i use my home machine at time for work...however I dont think the lisc. information transferred with the disc they gave me. Then I think I uninstalled it incorrectly, so there are bits of it laying around my machine, even though nothing shows up in Add/Remove programs or in folders. When I bought Norton Antivirus Professional 2004 and tried to install it wont install due to previous Corporate. Frustrating, it was expensive and its sitting doing me no good heh.

Wanted to thank you though for all your help, I really appreciate it!

Here's some help on the Norton Corporate uninstall:

Log looks even better:

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

alchem.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [alchem] C:\WINDOWS\alchem.exe
