XP Pro question

Postby badpolarbear » Sat Jun 19, 2004 12:37 pm

Due to the fact that I have just started using XP Pro I have a lot to learn. One of the features that I am aware of is with XP when something crashes unlike 98 not everything crashes. I was told there is a place to locate a list of items that have failed on the XP system. Can Someone tell me where I locate the list and is there a way to perform a diagnostic to see what caused the crash and correct the problem?

Right click My Computer, click Manage, click Event Viewer. Now Im not sure if you can correct the problem from there but you can view it.
