I would like to thank all of you for your help, it has been much appreciated.
As it turns out the problem did not lay in the mobo, it ended up being the processor.
I have been recently moving my pc from place to place for LAN parties and at some point the processor must have come loose.
Upon removing my heatsink I discovered that my processor was attached to the bottom of it, all of the pins dislodged from the slot on the mobo.
So upon reseating the processor, my pc once again began to work properly.
I am sorry for this, I should have checked it earlier but did not think to, due to the trouble that heatsink was giving me everytime I attempted to get it off, I discovered that with the help of some extra tool it comes off without problem.
Ah well so we learn something new, and I'm just glad that I don't have to worry about putting any extra money into this thing.
next time. I'm gettin a Dell =P
See You Space Cowboy...
