MSN hacker

I communicate with my kids using MSN messenger but lately i think we have a hacker, for no reason his sign in name changes to one of our names and some text appears, it seems as though someone could be spying on our conversations, has any one had any similar experiences or know of a good removal tool to get rid of this pest!!! :mad:
