Depends on the Lawyer,i have a lawsuite going against a hospital and 2 doctors for killing my son.So far the lawyer has been doing a good job.

Well, it's got to be the beloved sycamore tree its beauty takes over my darkest, most wonderful dreams.

If a tree falls in the middle of a huge forest, but there isn't anyone or anything near it for it to be heard, does it make a noise?

no, if we look at the theory of the matrix (the movie) where the world is actually a computer program, the tree falling in the forest with no witness does not make any sound and falls at a low framerate to save processing power

Soda or Pop?

soda!!!!!! I live in Pennyslvania, and EVERYONE here uses soda... I had to go to omaha NE for 6 months for training for my job, and people used both terms out there, it drove me crazy. I acually asked a waitress what types of soda they had once and she had absolutely no clue what i was talking about :mad:
