I found this item in my cookies folder, I have tried to del it but it does not allow to be removed. Is it a virus?

Its not a virus, it just indexes the cookies for faster access. I don't think they are visible if "show system files" is unchecked in folder options

Every time I shut down my computer I delete the temp/internet files, temp files, cookies, and history, only because spyware, adware, and hijackers linger in these files.
