whats better quality of sound file types MP3 or ACC ? acc is some file format used by ipod anyway to compress files , anyone have any idea?

Personally I don't think there's any difference. I've read several reviews where theyve tried to quantify this type of thing, and none of them really come out badly. From my own personal experience I'd say I can rarely hear any difference between the different formats, as long as they are encoded at relatively decent bitrates (eg 160KB/s for mp3).
