Setting Up some stuff

Hi i just got some stuff on the mail and im having trouble setting them up.
I got a Hub, ethernet card for old PC and some ram(i already got this working)

SO i set up the Hub and this PC i working fine with it but the old one with Win98 and the WinXP laptop i have won't work on it. Is there anything i have to do to get them working?

The hub doesnt need any drivers btw

What do you mean by not working?

BTW, no hub needs drivers installed.
