How about: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.

Hi Xero,
Don't feel like that, not everyone knows where things are.

BTW, that particualr folder along with the Temporary Files folder should be emptied on a regular basis to keep unwanted spyware and adware from lingering in your system.

*edit
Hmm went to that particular location and couldn't find my TIF folder in there, I do have one located in C:\Windows. But after going to Tools, Folder Options, View, and checking view all files and folders tada it was there.
So here's a question, correct me if I'm wrong but I think brad has told me before you can delete the Content.IE5 folder completely then after reboot it creates that folder again?? Is this right??

Brad please list all 4 locations where Temp folders are located in XP :)

Yes, you can delete Content IE5.
Yes, in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab - Select "Show hidden files and folders" / Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files"

Then there can actually be more than four:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

a convienent way to delete temporary internet content is to go to tools in internet explorer-->internet options-->advanced and check "empty temporary internet files" and also check "do not save encripted pages"
