Do any of these programs remove the Windows pagefile (swapfile) before defragmenting?
Firstly, defragmenting junk/temp files like Temporary Internet Files (often about 500 MB), index.dat files, etc. is a waste of time, and your disk should be cleaned up before disk defrag?
Secondly these files prevent other files to be defragmented optimally. So unless these prgrams offer this feature I feel it wouldn't be worth the effort.
