Hi thug...the link works fine for me!
Let's look alittle deeper into your system...

Please download Hijackthis
---Important---Create a permanent folder
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.

Download from here

http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe

Do a SCAN----Scan will change to SAVE LOG----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log
here... Don't try and fix anything yet----most entries are harmless and needed.

Also, try lowering your settings in Internet Options / Security.

Your Log File looks fine. Didn't see you had already lowered your Security settings. You're not using the "Reset" button to lower the settings are you?

I'm an idiot, but that still didn't work. I reseted the security settings to "low" but the website still wouldn't connect. Is there a certain setting in the security tab that needs to be switched?

Remove the ticks from:

1) Check for publisher's certificate revocation
2) Check for signatures on downloaded programs
3) Enable Integrated Windows Auth...

Click APPLY
Click OK

Restart your computer.
Try that link again...
