BIOS error message

Postby ColaBoy » Wed Sep 15, 2004 6:49 pm

I've started getting a error message on boot up that only happens very occasionally. It happens just as the BIOS has finished checking my Hard Drives and throws up something about having a non ATAPI drive,or something. If I restart it runs fine. Does this means my MB expects a ATAPI drive,or there is an ATAPI drive and my MB does'nt handle it too well??

I think I figured it out. In BIOS I should have had them marked as AUTO and not CDROM. I guess they cant be ATAPI drives,or something.
