What's a go0d D/L manager?¿

Hey guys, i just wanted to know wat you all use as a download manager. I currently use Download Accelerator Plus, and yes i am aware that it does contain all those annoying ads, but i get around them somehow...LoLs

So wat do you guys use and wat do you recommend?¿
