i guess i have to explain what i want slowly. On xp, when the start button is clicked the start menu shown. on the left side there is recently opened shortcuts and email/internet short cuts on the top. On the right there is system shortcuts such as run, my computer, my network places, etc...

What i want to do is add a recycle bin shortcut to the right, system, side of the start menu, not the left side or the all programs menu. This short cut must act as the desktop shortcut, right click brings up a menu with empty recyclebin, just as the My computer short cut acts like the desktop menu.

help is aprished

Hello project_r5 Image

There are 2 different themes you can use for your Start menu in XP. Start menu and Classic Start Menu. You are obviuosly using the Start Menu. Change your theme to Classic Start Menu. Click customize and add your recycling bin.
To change it to Classic, just right click Start Menu and click properties.

Well project_r5 I offered my help, you chose not to change your theme and I believe that is the only way your going to get that recycling bin there.
